2 March, 2021 by Expat Living 2 Min Read

https://expatliving.hk/beauty-treatments-to-look-less-tired-john-masters-organics-hong-kong/

Who has time for a full-blown skincare routine when you’re juggling night feeds, sleep training, toilet training, weaning, starting school and everything else that comes with kids?! Don’t worry, help is at hand. Our friends at John Masters Organics have a couple of at-home treatments for a quick and easy beauty hack that will help you look less tired, and can be used by all mums.

Mum and daughter

Overnight Facial Mask with Pomegranate and Moroccan Rose

What it does: This overnight mask works triple time, just like a busy mum. Pop it on overnight and let it work its magic. It will deliver three levels of hydration – plus, it smells heavenly!

What it’s made of:

  • Hyaluronic Acid: This is a magic anti-ageing ingredient
  • Pomegranate Enzyme Extract: For gently exfoliating the day away
  • Konjac Root Extract: Helps to bind moisture to skin for long-lasting hydration
  • Moroccan Rose Oil: This is great for dry skin

What it costs:

HK$780/ 93g

John Masters Organics overnight facial mask - beauty treatment

Intensive Daily Serum with Vitamin C & Kakadu Plum

What it does:

This serum tackles dull skin, dark spots, fine lines and wrinkles.

What it’s made of:

The natural formula is made from 70 percent organic ingredients, including:

  • Kakadu plum: 50 percent more vitamin C than oranges!
  • Rose Hip Oil Extract: Super-hydrator that’s rich in antioxidant and vitamins
  • Aspen Bark: Gently exfoliates and smooths the complexion
  • Spirulina: Eliminates free radicals and helps to tone and soothe skin

Did you know? Vitamin C is having a moment in beauty land. It’s an ingredient that has antioxidant benefits and is lauded for its collagen-boosting abilities.

What it costs:

HK$435 / 30ml

Top tip: Busy mums in need of a boost to their complexion should try combining the Overnight Mask with the Intensive Daily Serum. Apply the serum and then the mask, and this will deliver an extra brightening effect in the morning. This mask should always be the last step in your skincare regime. – Trudy Tong, John Masters Organics, Hong Kong
