See Hong Kong from a different perspective at this year’s Affordable Art Fair. Emerging photographers across Hong Kong entered the Discovery: Photography Prize, held in association with Hotel Jen. Nine of the best photographers have been selected to show their work at the Fair.

The images showcase the many sides of the city and the 25,000 people who will visit the Affordable Art Fair will have the chance to vote for their favourite image and win a stay at a Hotel Jen property. Have a look at the winning photographs below.

First launched in 1999, the Affordable Art Fair is now held in 10 cities around the world and reaches more than 210,000 art enthusiasts annually. It showcases both established artists and rising stars, encompassing a range of styles from paintings, sculptures, photographs and prints. The Hong Kong edition includes performances, talks and tours, workshops and even activities for kids, making it perfect for a day out over the weekend. There is also live music and restaurants or bars on site.

Pre-fair prices start at HK$150 for adults (HK$80 for full-time students/seniors over the age of 60).

18 May: 12pm – 6pm

19-20 May: 11am – 7pm 

Where: HALL 3D&E, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre
