Are you new to Hong Kong and still looking for the perfect place to live? Do you travel often and need a base that’s self contained without the hassle of a lease? Or do you have family coming to stay for a few weeks and nowhere for them to stay? Then the Long Stay Package at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin may be what you’re looking for!

The hotel is located at the University MTR station in the New Territories, allowing for an easy commute to both Kowloon and Central, and to Shenzhen via Lo Wu/Lok Ma Chau. The package also includes a complimentary shuttle bus service between the hotel and Hong Kong Science Park, Sha Tin, Airport Express Kowloon Station and Tsim Sha Tsui. If you have your own car, exclusive discounted monthly parking is included too.

The spacious two-bedroom executive suite

For long-stay guests, the Hyatt Regency has 132 specially-designed furnished room suites, varying in size from 65 to 116 square meters. There are five room categories to choose from, each with a separate living and dining room, and a choice of one or two bedrooms, with either king or twin beds. To help guests feel at home, the apartments have spacious walk-in closets and extra storage space.

Rooms look out on the surrounding area, the heart of the New Territories, with views of the Tolo Harbour or Kau To Shan mountain. To make sure that guests are as comfortable as possible during a long stay, rooms and suites are serviced, with daily rubbish removal and towel changes, and weekly change of linen, dusting and cleaning.

Facilities include Melo Spa

While you’re staying at the Hyatt Regency on a long-stay package, you’ll have access to all the hotel’s facilities, with additional benefits. For example, you can enjoy complimentary use of the fitness centre, sauna, steam room and 25m outdoor heated swimming pool, and take advantage of discounts on treatments at Melo spa, in-house dining at all five of the Hyatt Regency’s restaurants, room service, laundry and dry cleaning. If you have kids in tow, the discounted Camp Hyatt rates will also come in handy! Smartphones are provided in all the rooms and local calls are free.

Rates start at $19,800, with a minimum booking of 14 nights, and the longer you stay, the less you’ll pay. (Note: 10 percent service charge applies).
