Looking for a place to stay in Hong Hong? Whether you’re here on business, a newly arrived family, or currently between leases, check out our roundup of serviced apartments in Hong Kong offering short- and long-term accommodation. We also have some long-stay hotel packages, which are another great option while you’re looking for a more permanent place to stay.

#1 Rosewood Residences, Kowloon – hotel and serviced apartments in Hong Kong’s new Victoria Dockside

Rosewood Hong Kong, situated in Kowloon, is one of the city’s newest hotels. It soars over the harbour and Hong Kong’s new Victoria Dockside arts and design district; it’s also close to the Airport Express, with Hong Kong Island easily accessible by public transport.

The ultra-luxury hotel’s accommodation options include Rosewood Residences, made up of 186 residences for extended stays. Monthly rentals start from HK$57,000. There are six different residence choices, ranging from studios to three-bedroom duplexes. Each offers a sophisticated interior by acclaimed designer Tony Chi, a fully equipped kitchenette with Miele appliances, and impressive views of the iconic harbour or Kowloon Peak. The premium corner units even open onto private outdoor terraces, called Sky Terraces – a rare treat for a Hong Kong serviced residence! These are perfect for entertaining or just taking time out for yourself. The larger residences also offer private lift access for guests for the ultimate in privacy.

Club 53

Occupying the 53rd floor of Rosewood Tower, Club 53 offers shared areas where residents can enjoy concierge service 24/7; you can cosy up to a good book, work remotely, or help yourself to a light breakfast or all-day homemade snacks from the well-stocked pantry.

An accent on wellbeing is highlighted with a spacious, state-of-the-art fitness centre or through workouts with a personal trainer in the standalone training studio. An additional yoga studio flanking the heated indoor pool is also set up for TRX training. Here, roasted coffee is available on tap, while water and healthy snacks can be enjoyed as you relax in the heated marble lap pool or on a sun-lounger. It’s a light-flooded space surrounded by glittering views of Victoria Harbour.

Rosewood Residences welcomes pets – furry friends are treated with the same luxury service as their owners.
