Designing your ideal home

Whether you’re decorating a new home or just looking for inspiration, working with an interior designer can be a great experience. We spoke to interior design consultant Kim Leong of Indigo Living about how to make it happen.

Why should homeowners consider an interior design service?

It’s not easy settling into a new environment and starting from scratch again with everything, from finding a new home to choosing schools for the children. Indigo Living’s interior design consultancy offers a one-stop home solution that minimises the hassles. We have experienced and professionally trained consultants who can provide interior solutions based on your preference, needs and ideas. You can book an appointment with them for a free consultation and, from there, they’ll build the concepts; once these are approved, we handle the rest, allowing our customers to focus on what matters most – their relocation.

How does the process work?

We offer complimentary one-hour consultations in-store for clients to discuss interior design and space planning with a basic quotation. If you like what we offer, you can engage with us for a personal home consultation for HK$2,000, which is redeemable against Indigo Living purchases of $20,000 within three months. Our design consultants also visit our client’s homes to take a full brief and understand our client’s needs, vision and budget. After the briefing, our design consultant will take site measurements and come back with a full proposal, including mood boards and samples. We handle everything from briefing to space planning, and offer other additional customisation services based on your specific interior design needs and requests.

One-hour complimentary design consultancies are available in-store at Horizon Plaza and Sha Tin Home Square by appointment. Email designconsultant@indigo-living.com.
