This place is jumpin’!

Hong Kong’s first trampoline park, Ryze Ultimate Trampoline Park, opened this weekend to a cash-only hip-hop sweat sesh in Quarry Bay. Featuring 40 trampolines spanning 7,000 square feet of interconnected jumpy goodness, we’re convinced you’ll Ryze to the occasion at Hong Kong’s best way to get amped.

Catering to adults and kids alike, there’s a bounce fest for everyone, ranging from vertical, horizontal and even springy goodness way up high on the ceiling. Whether you want to lose weight with their RyzeFit classes (intense core work rumoured to burn 1000 calories a session), or test your sporting skills at Trampoline DodgeBall and SuperSlam, an extreme basketball game, you’ll be game for sweaty fun.

Exclusively for children, KidJump’s morning bounce offers a discount for kids under 6 with an accompanying adult.

Special party nights for the adults (or those 15 and older) are found at Theme Night Thursdays featuring 80s, Dubstep, Pajamas, etc. The lights are turned off at Ryze’s big event, Club RYZE on Friday and Saturday night from 9pm to midnight, where the lights come off and you can bounce along to lasers.
