Two new seasonal home design trends head up the Spring/Summer 2022 collection of Indigo Living – one with a retro glam vibe, and the other with serene, natural appeal. We take a look at some highlights.
STUDIO 54
Named for New York’s famous former disco and nightclub of the seventies, the Studio 54 collection is little short of vivacious. Expect fun, bright colours accentuated by reflective surfaces, curvaceous pieces of furniture in rich velvets with gold finishes, oversized abstract artworks, and wool rugs and boucle fabrics for a softening effect. As the Indigo team says, “it will have you smiling the moment you walk through the door.”

Living Room: Entertain guests on the Studio 3 Seat Sofa in Blue Velvet ($14,290) adorned with colour blocking pillows like the Popson Cushion Cover in Orange ($380). The tuxedo sofa’s clean vertical lines complement rounder pieces like the Neo Red Art for the wall, and the U-shaped Godric Floor Lamp (both $6,690). And you can complete your perfect party setup with the Xenos Bar Cart ($4,990).
Dining Room: The exquisite gold dripping base of the Waterfall Dining Table ($7,290) will turn heads and create a sense of shimmer, while sunset hues from the Coral Pink Rug ($13,990) bounce beautifully off the mirrored Tangier 2 Door Sideboard ($25,990). Match the golden tones of the dining table with modern Auden Dining Chairs ($5,490).
OASIS
The Oasis collection moves away from the sassy and into the serene, with a nature-inspired look that focuses on luxurious, calming materials. Indigo is bringing the outdoors in, with soft greens and blues combining with rustic wood pieces, light marble, smooth ceramics and textured linens for a sense of calm.

Living Room: Embrace the collection’s relaxing ambience on the Franklin 2 Seater in Old Saddle Nut Leather ($27,990), or enjoy a good book in the Finley Armchair ($12,990). Rest a beverage on the rounded Prado Coffee Table and savour how the Handmade Linen Art ($3,290) in different letters adds a natural texture to the oasis, all of it grounded by the Modern Green Rug ($13,990).
Dining Room: Indulge in a comfort meal at the Brookline Dining Table ($8,990) and feel the ocean at your feet with the calming Drift Blue Rug ($13,990). Constructed out of recycled pine, the Delamere Sideboard ($9,900) features intricate lines that form a geometric unity with smooth textured accessories like the Moderna Table Lamp ($3,990) and Shira Tall Vase ($690), and the Line on the Yellow artwork ($2,740).
