It’s officially December! The sun has gone, the Christmas trees are up and Santa has claimed every event going on in Hong Kong this month! If you’re not too busy with your work party, your friends get together, your shopping and decorating, and everything else in between, then get down to one of these fun events this week!

9th December

Cóm Bánh Mì Grand Opening

A new restaurant is opening in Wan Chai and you’re invited to the grand opening party! Expect a selection of non-traditional, updated Vietnamese street food bites and beverages with rich and vibrant flavors. It’s FREEEE.

Santa Con 2015

Kicking off at Discovery Forest at Central Pier 3, SantaCon will lead participants through the city via public transport, for a day of festive fun. The full schedule of the days events are kept secret until the day, but from past events, it will no doubt be a unmissable event (and sight!) Time still unknown. Keep your eye on their Facebook event

Santa Baby Concert

Go along to Club Lusitano this Saturday and enjoy an evening of Christmas cheer, with tunes from Elizabeth Chan, Mariah Carey, Darlene Love, Karen Carpenter, and more! All performed by the a-cappella (un-accompanied) leg of the Hong Kong Women’s Choir ‘The Grace Notes’ whose objective is to raise funds for Hong Kong charities. The ticket price ($450) includes Portuguese tapas buffet and open bar

Santa Paws Charity Market

Because pets matter too! Head down to fashion walk this weekend, and pick up some treats for your furry friends! A portion of the revenue will benefit the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and you can even get a cheeky snap with Santa himself!
