Skinny cocktail recipes from Café Grey Deluxe’s resident mixologist

Café Grey Deluxe, The Upper House, Hong Kong, skinny cocktail recipes, resident mixologist

So what do you do if you are just dying for a margarita but are terrified of the calorie commitment? Well, we headed to one of our favourite watering holes, Café Grey Deluxe at The Upper House, for a chat with the resident mixologist. What we discovered is that the skinny cocktail is well and truly on the up; from London to New York, cocktails under 200 calories are one of the main drink trends of 2013.

And the good news? Skinnies can be just as delicious as their full-caloried sisters. Put one of these concoctions to the taste test to see for yourself.
