Six great steak houses in Hong Kong

11 July, 2018 by Expat Living 1 Min Read

https://expatliving.hk/six-of-the-best-steak-houses-in-hong-kong/

Hong Kong seems to have become a city of carnivores of late with several new meaty ventures joining the dining scene. Here are just a few of the best steak houses.

Strip House
This is a great steak house in the true sense of the world. Harlan Goldstein combines supreme cuts with six choices of sauce for a dining experience that’s tried and tested.

5/F Grand Progress Building, 15-16 Lan Kwai Fong, Central

Bistecca steak house: feast

Bistecca Italian Steak House
There may be some new names in town but Bistecca remains our firm favourite for the ultimate steakhouse experience with style.
2/F, Grand Progress Building, 15-16 Lan Kwai Fong

Blue Butcher
A steakhouse with a twist, the inventive menu still heavily promotes its dry-aged beef but you can also opt for sharing plates of everything from Spanish ham and eggs to Dutch veal cheef with truffles orzo.
108 Hollywood Road, Central

Manzo
This is an Italian steakhouse, so if you want superb antipasto followed by exclusive red and black angus beef then look no further.
Shop 1104, 11/F, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay

The Salted Pig
This place does what it says on the tin, offering everything pork-related from charcuterie platters to good old fashion comfort dishes such as pork knuckle sandwiches and succulent pork belly.
2/3, L Place, 139 Queen’s Road Central

Carnevino

The art of cooking meat is taken to a new level at Carnevino, Mario Batali’s latest offering perched above Lupa in the LHT Tower. Indulge in a few of the finer things in life: American-sized portions of perfectly cooked meats, remarkable Italian wines and decadent desserts.
5/F, LHT Tower, 31 Queens Road, Central
