Living In Hong Kong

Pets of the week: Ruth and Rosemary

Looking to adopt a pet? Hong Kong’s shelters and rescue centres are overflowing with animals of all shapes and sizes just waiting for a forever home. Many have been abandoned or mistreated, while others have been left behind when their owners relocate. If you’re looking for a family pet, rescuing a dog or cat is a great way to give an animal a second chance. You may find the one your family is looking for right here on our new Pet of the Week page! This week we’re featuring two little lovelies who are being taken care of by the team at Kirsten’s Zoo.

Ruth and Rosemary were part of a group of 18 cats and kitten who were rescued last year. Despite being friendly and affectionate these ginger beauties are the last of the group to be adopted. They are up to date with all required vaccinations, and they’d make a lovely pair of companions. They’re still young so these girls have more than nine lives left to offer!

Contact Kirsten’s Zoo if you’d like to give these gingers a second chance.
