Last-minute ideas for Father’s Day this Sunday 16 June 2013

Still not made a reservation for Father’s Day? No worries – from cooking classes, to some of the best tables in Hong Kong, we’ve rounded up a few fabulous ways to celebrate. And the best part is they are all still taking bookings.

Pull up a chair for the man of the house at Hong Kong’s iconic revolving restaurant, View 62 by Paco Roncero, and feast on their Father’s Day tasting menu.

Splurge and book the ‘King for a Day’ experience at the InterContinental Hong Kong. The whole family will be checked into the ‘CEO Suite’, while Dad is showered with chocolates and a magnum of vino, pampered with spa treatments, and wined and dined at the 2 Michelin-starred SPOON by Alain Ducasse.

Sign up for some quality time with Morton’s of Chicago’s ‘Father and Child Cooking Class’ on Saturday 15th June, and learn to cook a 3-course menu of Morton’s signature dishes.

Strip House, Harlan Goldstein’s 1940’s New York-style steakhouse, still has tables left for their Father’s Day brunch and dinner. We certainly don’t think Pops would turn up his nose at the four-course Michelin star tasting menu featuring Goldstein’s signature fare!
