Creamy Strawberry Peach Smoothie Recipe

Hong Kong-based health and fitness nutritional coach Charissa Areington believes there is no single ideal diet to suit all people. Her aim, instead, is to find out what works for each of us individually when it comes to our lifestyles and our health and fitness goals. This week it’s a delicious Creamy Strawberry Peach Smoothie recipe.

Creamy Strawberry Peach Smoothie - recipe

“Because kids are indeed what they eat, we as parents aim to always give them the best. A simple, easy, healthy, dairy-free smoothie, satisfying as a delicious breakfast or any-time-of-the-day dessert, will keep them happy. It also adds quality natural plant-based nutrients from Nuzest’s Wild Strawberry Kids Good Stuff.”

Ingredients

Serves 4 (kids)

  • 3 cups of frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup of chopped fresh peach
  • 3 fresh strawberries chopped
  • 2.5 cups of macadamia nut milk
  • 3 Scoops of Nuzest Wild Strawberry Kids Good Stuff
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 2 tablespoons of gluten-free organic oats
  • 1 Tablespoon of almond butter or macadamia

Instructions

Place all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
