On Sunday 19 June, for one night only, multiple award-winning Executive Chef Vicky Cheng and esteemed Mixologist Antonio Lai join forces to unveil an exquisite 8-course Father’s Day tasting menu with special dishes such as hamachi belly with spot prawn, tomato, “mar mi” and local goose with earl grey, cherry, “lo sui” along with wine or artisan cocktail pairings. A few of Antonio Lai’s special shaken-and-stirred creations to look forward to on the night include smoked mustard infused with tomato and vodka, as well as the tofu almond cocktail with gin and ginger. $1480 + 10% per person without drinks pairing. $2160 + 10%per person with wine or cocktail pairing.

Spend an evening surrounded by masculine sophistication at the newest addition to the Black Sheep Restaurants’ family. Settle into plush leather banquettes, dine under equestrian antiques and oil paintings, and take a journey back to the elite members-only clubs of the early 1900s. Each prime cut of Argentinian grass-fed beef, sourced from the country’s premier open range cattle station, General Pico, comes slow grilled in the asado tradition. The 30oz Black Angus T-Bone steak ($788), delivers both the rich flavour of a New York strip on one side, and a tender fillet on the other. Indulge in le temps des cerises, je jubilee ($128), caramelized Mille-Feuille, chartreuse liquor macerated cherries, and pistachio ice cream. This hearty dessert will be prepared table-side, which will definitely delight dad’s eyes – and stomach! The special Father’s Day dessert will be available on both 18 and 19 June.
