Charissa Areington is a Hong Kong-based health and fitness nutritional coach who brings us delicious and nutritious recipes. The recipes are based on Nuzest, a premium supplement designed to provide the body with the balance of vitamins and minerals it needs. Here, we’re concentrating on breakfast. It may be the most important meal of the day, but it can also be simple and nutritious, helping boost our energy levels and brain alertness while avoiding those on-the-go coffee-and-croissant mornings! This Green Strawberry Smoothie recipe is one example.
A word from Charissa
This is a good morning green smoothie for the whole family. With this smoothie, I decided to add some more greens to the usual morning routine. A good combination of alkalising greens and of course the combo of Good Stuff and Clean Lean Protein provides a complete protein profile along with added nutrients.
The Kids Good Stuff not only adds additional flavour to the smoothie but also adds additional nutrients thanks to its superfood properties, being an all-in-one multivitamin. The Nuzest Clean Lean Protein range is suitable for the whole family.
Clean Lean Protein provides the building blocks for vitality, repair, recovery and muscle growth. Its unique formula is suitable for all diets and ages and it comes in eight delicious flavours.
