The Women’s Five Running Event

The Women’s Five has been created as a journey of fitness, health and inspiration that ends in a 5km run. Included in your registration fee is a free, five-week running and yoga program to help you prepare, ending in an event where all participants join together to celebrate their strength and weeks of training.
The running program has been put together by event partner HK Running, and participants will get a weekly overview of a training program and have the chance to meet up once a week for the five- week program and train with all the participants. The yoga program is also the result of partnerships with yoga teachers and each week participants will either have a video routine from the individual instructors or have a chance to try out a yoga studio or sample the classes for free.
Registration for the five-week programs closes on 16 February. The Women’s Five run will take place on 1 April at Aberdeen Country Park.
