Women’s Five Health and Fitness Event

The Women’s Five is a 5km run for women only with an optional five-week health and fitness program beforehand. The five-week program is part of your registration fee and includes yoga and running meet-ups, meditation and mindfulness programs, a movie night and more. The event will also include fundraising for a local women’s charity.
You can choose to run solo or in a team of two. The course is a flat road run on Ma On Shan Promenade, starting from Wu Kwai Sha YMCA in Ma On Shan. The five-week training program begins on 16 October. For more details and to register, go to womensfive.com
