Women’s Five – 5km Run

More than just a run, the Women’s Five is a journey of fitness, health and inspiration that ends in a 5K run. Runners get to choose between taking part in a five week health and fitness program before doing the 5K run, or just heading straight for the run. Join this inspiring run where women join together to celebrate their strengths and weaknesses of training and fitness.
The fitness program begins September 3rd, while the 5km run happens on October 7th.
