More than just a run, the Women’s Five is a journey of fitness, health and inspiration that ends in a 5 or 10K run. Runners get to choose between taking part in a five-week health and fitness program before doing the run, or just heading straight for the run. Join this inspiring run where women join together to celebrate their strengths and weaknesses of training and fitness.
