Asia’s premier restaurant festival is back. Visitors can see top chefs from London’s Bubbledogs restaurant, led by Sandia Chang and husband James Knapett, as well as Sydney’s Black Star Pastry patisserie, led by the Christopher Thé. You can also sample dishes from some of Hong Kong’s best restaurants, as well as enjoy wine tastings, live entertainment and pick up premium food and drink from artisan producers in the Gourmet Market.
Some of the restaurants which will be dishing up mouthwatering dishes include Bo Innovation, Caprice, Duddell’s, Frantzen’s Kitchen, New Punjab Club, One Harbour Road, Pici, and many more. Create your own tasting menu and experience some the innovative dishes these restaurants have a reputation for. The festival is presented by Standard Chartered.
