Sardinian Food and Culture Week

Don’t miss Sardinian Food and Culture Week this October. Following the success of their Sardinian night, The Italian Women’s Association is presenting four events with chef Franco Fenu, in collaboration with Beyond Thirty-Nine and Sardinianiche, as part of Food and Culture Week. Chef Franco, owner of the renowned Ciusa restaurant in Sardinia’s Nuoro, will preside over the four food events.
The first event is a cooking class on 26 October in Repulse Bay. It is being coordinated by Nunzia Sibilla and involve the preparation of a full meal, including a starter, primo and secondo dishes. .There will be two Gastronomic and Cultural Nights on 27 and 28 October in Causeway Bay. Guests can enjoy Sardinian dishes and interact with chef Franco, and enjoy regional wines selected by sommelier Antonello Muscau. Tickets are HK$500. Contact email@example.com
The final event is Sunday Lunch on 29 October with the Chef in Wong Chuk Hang. Here chef Franco will prepare an authentic Sardinian feast, with wines by Antonello. This costs HK$500 with free-flow wines. Children cost HK$300. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org
