Move it for Mental Health 2021

Mental and physical health are closely linked, but around 80% of us in Hong Kong do not achieve the recommended amount of daily exercise. Mind HK, a local mental health charity, wants to change this. Mind HK’s Move it for Mental Health 2021 challenge (#MoveItHK) aims to raise awareness of the benefits of exercise on our physical and mental health.
Join their 50km nature challenge, which will take place throughout February. All participants who complete a total of 50km+ in nature will be eligible for a prize.
