17 July @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
COVID-19: the virus that turned our lives upside down! Some families have been separated due to closed borders, some have lost their livelihoods; others have had to move to another country, and deal with isolation from loved ones, different school environments and more. All of these factors have contributed to anxiety skyrocketing in recent months and impacting our kids’ mental health.
What can we do and what should we look out for? Do you know the signs? Join us for this online session, Dr Sanveen Kang will give us answers on how to cope and help our kids manage stress and anxiety issues.
Whether they’re young ones or teens, if you have any questions regarding your children and their mental health, please send your questions to Susan.Knudsen-Pickles@
