Le Cordon Bleu culinary courses at K11 MUSEA

K11 MUSEA is partnering with the world’s top cooking academy, Le Cordon Bleu. Via this three-year partnership they will offer short culinary courses in Hong Kong, starting from 2 November. For the first time in Hong Kong, the prestigious Parisian culinary institution founded in 1895 will offer exclusive tailor-made culinary courses hosted by its master chefs. This will happen at K11 MUSEA, the new cultural-retail destination that has reshaped the city’s harbourfront.
The courses, which begin on 2 November 2019, will take place at A. Gastronomy Lab, a pioneering new space within K11 MUSEA that combines lifestyle with the culinary arts. Three Chefs will lead a variety of courses – Chef Olivier Paredes, Pastry Director; Chef Regis Fevrier, Bakery Chef; and Chef Philippe Clergue, Technical Director.
Course will include a Half-day Culinary Class in Pastry & Desserts at both Beginner and Advance Level; 15 & 18 hours Culinary Class in Pastry & Desserts; Kid & Parent Class in Pastry & Desserts; and more.
All these courses will be exclusively held at A. Gastronomy Lab at K11 MUSEA.
