ATLAS Chiropractic is holding a 5th-anniversary celebration and fundraiser, “Healthy Humans & Happy Hounds: ATLAS Chiropractic’s 5th Birthday Fundraiser for Catherine’s Puppies.” You are invited to join for a day filled with wellness and fitness activities, all in support of a worthy cause. This event, Hong Kong’s first Dog Adoption and Wellness Market, promises to be a memorable one. Highights include:
- Over 20 wellness brands
- Nine instructors offering a diverse range of activities suitable for all ages (from invigorating workout sessions and revitalizing yoga classes to soothing sound baths and refreshing tea tastings, as well as face yoga (gua sha) and even dog yoga
- Refreshing cold plunge
- Kid-friendly workouts
- Soulful tunes from DJ Mengzy
