Cook For Syria

Pomegranate Kitchen will be part of the Cook For Syria global fundraising initiative curated by Clerkenwell Boy and SUITCASE magazine in London. With the success of the event last year with some of Hong Kong’s most talented chefs, such as Peggy Chan (Grassroots Pantry), Nathan Green (Rhoda), Nicholas Chew (Serge et le Phoque), David Lai (Neighbourhood), Agustin Balbi (Haku), Jim Lofdahl (Frantzen’s Kitchen), Nicolas Boutin (Epure) and Uwe Opocensky (Uwe and Beef & Liberty) #CookForSyria will return for another night, this time at Mediterranean restaurant Pomegranate Kitchen where a traditional Syrian banquet will be cooked up in support of the refugee crisis. Coming into it’s sixth year of conflict, Syrians are facing the largest humanitarian crisis in the world. The #CookForSyria campaign aims to raise vital funds and awareness of the situation in Syria and benefit UNICEF’s Syrian crisis appeal.
